Trauma Therapy
You don't process a (childhood) trauma alone. You need someone who listens to you and asks the right questions at the right time. Want to find out if I can help you further? Then book a free, no-obligation 20-minute (zoom) consultation.
Free introductory meeting
- During the introductory interview, we can get acquainted.
- Talk about what you would like to see as an outcome of the sessions.
- Do I answer your questions.
What I can do for you
Sometimes childhood traumas are not felt until later in life. You notice that you are not fully in touch with yourself, while memories are often vague or disjointed. With Compassionate Inquiry, we explore together what your body and emotions are trying to tell you. This creates space and direction for healing and change.
What others think
Read the experiences of people who have been mentored by me.
Don't worry
- Should you still not want to work with me after an introductory conversation, that's okay. The conversation is designed to explore whether Compassionate Inquiry might be for you.
- I invite you to feel and pay attention to emotions and physical sensations. You yourself decide whether you can and will. I follow your pace.
Advantages of my way of working
- I'm not giving you advice but helping you find your own answers.
- I work through Zoom; so you don't have to travel to speak to me.
- Compassionate Inquiry can be used to conduct a series of conversations, but it is also possible to schedule a single conversation.
